š Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need a different size or something isnāt quite right, exchanges are available under these conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Youāll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Email info@kingcashapparel.shop to start an exchange. Once approved, youāll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Important: Contact me before sending anythingāunapproved returns canāt be accepted.
šØ Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email info@kingcashapparel.shop right away. Iāll sort it out ASAPāpromise.
ā Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Iām unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards

šø Refunds
Refunds are only issued if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Once I receive and inspect your return, Iāll confirm if your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow a few days for your bank or card issuer to process it.

Production time: 2ā5 business days (made-to-order)
Standard shipping: 5ā8 business days (U.S.)
Tracking info is emailed as soon as your order ships.

If tracking says delivered but you donāt have it, please:
- Double-check your address and ask neighbors.
- Contact your local post office.
Iāll help where I can, but once delivery is confirmed Iām not responsible for theft or misplacement.

Wash inside-out in cold water on gentle. Hang dry or tumble low. No bleach. Keep your gear fresh and long-lasting.
