I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need a different size or something isn’t quite right, exchanges are available under these conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Email info@kingcashapparel.shop to start an exchange. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
  • Important: Contact me before sending anything—unapproved returns can’t be accepted.

🚨 Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email info@kingcashapparel.shop right away. I’ll sort it out ASAP—promise.


āŒ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds are only issued if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll confirm if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow a few days for your bank or card issuer to process it.

Production time: 2–5 business days (made-to-order)
Standard shipping: 5–8 business days (U.S.)
Tracking info is emailed as soon as your order ships.

If tracking says delivered but you don’t have it, please:

  1. Double-check your address and ask neighbors.
  2. Contact your local post office.

Wash inside-out in cold water on gentle. Hang dry or tumble low. No bleach. Keep your gear fresh and long-lasting.
